Weekly Menu – 10/10

We finally made sushi rolls on Saturday night — spicy tuna rolls and california rolls with real crab.  Yum.  We need to make these more often!  Actually, last week was a really good food week.  I posted the recipes for some of our favorite dishes — Easy Beef Stroganoff, Beans ‘n Greens and Crispy Oven Fries.

This week we hope to perfect our chicken satay with peanut sauce.  The last time we made it I realized that what I thought was a can of coconut milk was actually a can of coconut cream.  The sauce was still tasty but too sweet.  I stocked up on coconut milk yesterday, so there should be no hiccups this time.
