What a weekend!

I spent a lot of time in the kitchen this weekend!  J takes care of most of the cooking during the week, so I try to get in there and take over on the weekend.  I made 2 quarts of yogurt, a pot of black beans, two pots of chicken broth (using the 4 chicken carcasses I had in the freezer), and soaked baked oatmeal.  I love having healthy food all ready to go.
