Weekly Menu – 9/11

This is another light cooking week with an early birthday dinner thrown in mid-week.  I made a spanish tortilla for breakfasts, and lunches will just be leftovers from the previous day.

Day Dinner To Do
Sunday Dinner with family Thaw black beans
Monday Chopped salad with black beans Thaw ground beef
Tuesday Pasta Bolognese; roasted cauliflower and broccoli
Wednesday Dinner with family Soak beans
Thursday Vegetarian chili; roasted butternut squash Cook beans; make pizza dough
Friday Pizza with fontina/mozzarella, chopped tomatoes and bacon; salad
Saturday Fried perch; hushpuppies; salad
